We are looking for a Commercial Lines Customer Account Representative with 3
years of experience.
This individual will be responsible for managing an assigned book of business from small to large accounts.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day management of client accounts:
including but not limited to, processing policies and endorsements, invoicing, certificates of insurance, auto id cards, responding to client questions Handling the renewal process for assigned clients:
including gathering updated information, working with producers, renewal applications, rating, remarketing, reviewing and negotiating renewal pricing, preparing proposals and binders Audit processing/review First report and follow up of claims Requirements:
Current NJ Property & Casualty Producer License 3
years of experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Excellent people skills Experience with Applied Epic a plus Salary:
